Combined Shipping Rate Eligibility: Combined shipping rate will be applied to all your "auction" and "buy it now" items ended within 7 days period. To QUALIFY for combined shipping rate please pay for all combined items with a SINGLE payment.

Shipping insurance: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not insured. Insurance is highly recommended for Domestic packages over $35.00 and all International packages. We offer optional shipping insurance at the following rates:

Shipping questions:

• How do you ship?
• We ship 3 times a week. Regularly we send all our packages via USPS First Class for domestic packages and USPS Air Mail for international packages. Your items will be packaged in little poly bags, and will be sent inside of cotton filled jewelry box in a yellow padded bubble mailer envelope.
• How long does it take?
• Normally it takes 5-7 business days for our first class packages to arrive (USPS states it is 2-3 days). Please give International air mail package at least 2 weeks to arrive (4-7 days according to USPS).

We offer a return policy within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The item has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping cost.

Single Item:

• If you bought/won a single item and not planning to add anything to your order please proceed to our checkout system. You can do so by clicking "claim" link in our email or using checkout button on this page.

Multiple Items:

• If you are planning to buy multiple items from us, please buy / win all items you want before you go to checkout. When you done shopping with us, please use "claim" link in any of our emails or use checkout button on any of your items' pages. When you get into our checkout system, all your items will appear in your shopping cart and will be combined into an order, combined shipping rate will be applied to your order, and you will get a payment link for consolidated PayPal payment or instructions for money order payment or you can pay with a credit card or echeck right away during checkout.
