Returns are happily accepted if item is not as described in the auction listing. Must be notified prior to return, and returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from oto14kids and in the original tag. And a tracking number must be provided for proof of return. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. |
