We are a proud user of United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping. Our items are carefully packaged in a jewerly box, then put in a 4 x 8 or larger size envelope to avoid suspicious onlookers. Insurance is optional. All of our items are shipped directly from Los Angeles, California. We estimate that delivery may take around 3-5 days for domestic orders, and 7-15 days for international orders.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within fifteen days of the items receipt. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. All items returned AFTER fifteen days of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to you. Items must be in their original condition, and must not be worn or altered. We will not reimburse you for the return shipping cost. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus S & H and Insurance costs. Insurance
We offer optional insurance for
items less than $50.00, but we strongly suggest that you insure your package
to guarantee a replacement in case of loss / non-delivery by USPS. We will
not be able to replace or refund any uninsured purchase. For
higher-valued items, Insurance is required due to increasing incidence of
lost packages in transit.We will
not be able to file an insurance claim if delivery confirmation indicates
that your package was delivered.
For international buyers, if your
package has not turned up in 45 days, we will make the claim ourselves. We
suggest multi-item buyers to request FedEx shipment for safer delivery of
your items.
Delivery Time
All of our jewelry is made to
order after the close of sale. Unless we have them in stock, please allow 24
to 48 hours after processing your order to have them ready. Of course,
jewelry in need of customization such as requests for ring resizing or white
gold may take longer.
Please take in to consideration
USPS delays. The postal service is out of our
control, but we do our best to process your orders as soon as auction closes
and payment is cleared and ship them out promptly. For International
buyers, delivery may take as early as 2 weeks and as long as 4 weeks,
depending on how long your item clears your country’s Customs.
If you need your jewelry on a
specific date, do inform us and we will try our best to meet your deadline.

RETURN POLICY
Most of our returned items are because of the
disappointment in size or color of the stone. All information about our
jewelry is provided in the item’s description. Weight in grams, size
dimensions of both jewelry and stones, carat weight, etc. Please read through
the information and decide whether the size or weight is to your liking to
avoid unnecessary returns. The color of the stone varies as these are natural
stones which come in different shades. Indicate your preferred shade, dark or
lighter stones in a note together with your payment. If however, you are
still not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 15 days and we
will fully refund your payment (no restocking fees) less Shipping and
Handling fees or resizing charges, if any.
