Shipping and handling is $2.50 for this card inside the U.S.  Shipping to Canada is $5.50.  Usually I sell to the U.S.A. and Canada only.  I will consider sales worldwide, but please contact me before bidding to discuss shipping and payment if you live outside North America. All sales final, I do not accept returns, unless I have misrepresented something accidentally or mistakenly.  I am also not responsible for items once they are shipped, but I do pack all items with care!
