Description
Large, bronze porthole.  This is an authentic porthole off a Liberty Ship and is NOT a reproduction.  It is aprox. 21" in diameter with a glass size of aprox. 16".  The glass is uncracked and in excellent condition.  All the dogs work easily.  There is no gasket so the porthole is not watertight.  It is very heavy (46 pounds) and so bidders are limited to the contiguous U.S. due to shipping costs.  Shipping cost estimate is for RI to San Francisco so a shorter distance should be less.
