Shipping
Damage: We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with shipping carrier company if buyer purchased our optional shipping insurance.
Damaged item must be reported by email us the damaged item's pictures within 3 days upon delivered. |

your item is lost or damaged by Post
Office, please notify us through email by the
next business day following receipt of the damaged
item. A claim will be filed ONLY if buyer purchased
optional shipping insurance which we offered in
our inovices and auction page;and buyer kept all the original shipping package and original shipping label for shipping carrier company to pick up the package for damage inspection. We will ship the
replacement out once have Post office
approved and paid the claim. It normally take
about 3-4 weeks. |

Return / Refunds |

We do not accept return or refund for any physical damaged item or item was damaged by buyer's misuse. |

The refund for defective and damaged items, prior RMA authorization number must be obtained before returning. Returns without RMA authorization number will be sent back to you. |

Returned item must in original packaging with print out of the RMA# on outside of the box, and must be received within 10 business days from the date of issued RMA number. OR Package will be rejected and returned back to sender. |
