We have recently had some young foreign people placing bids on items, winning the item, and then refusing to pay. Our alternative is to report to eBay an unpaid item. These "buyers" then use negative comments and rate the details low apparently hoping to cause others to not purchase items from us. So, unfortunately, we have had to rethink how we have done business in the past and will make the following changes: Please settle your accounts promptly through Paypal, Moneybookers, or with a Postal Money Order or a Cashier's check. Items not paid for within ten days will be withdrawn, relisted and non-paying bidders will be barred from bidding on our auctions indefinitely plus reported to eBay. If you are bidding on several items, you may consolidate postage as shown below. If we have had a long relationship in your purchasing and allowing items to accumulate for a week to 10 days to get the free shipping, then there is no need for you to change our way of doing business.

If there is a problem with a stamp, I will replace the item in question with verification of the problem.

If you bid more than the item is worth and then want me to take the item back, the answer is NO. You need to be responsible for your own actions.
