Delivery All of our furniture is built to your specifications, and because of this please make sure to check the listing for production times. Once we recieve your piece from the builder, we will ship your item within 3 business days. Refunds & Returns In the event your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. We take pride in packaging your furniture extremely well by using materials that exceed the industry standard. Once your piece arrives you will see the effort that was made to ensure a safe delivery. If you feel the item is not as described in the auction we will gladly accept a return for the purchase price minus shipping. You must contact us within 2 days of recieving your item to request a return authorization. In addition, it will be the the customers responsibility to return the item in the original packaging. If there is damage to the item when it reaches us the refund will not be processed.
