One is used and one is new.  I used to do hair so I am getting rid of everything i don't need.  I am disabled now so no need to keep all of the stuff like perm rods, rollers, bombs, brushes and ect.  I do combine shipping for all of my items.  You will be getting 2 picks.  The one that was used is not used very much.  On one side some of the white tip color has worn a little off due to being in a drawer and maybe used about 5 times.  I hated doing perms and I only had 2 customers that got them so the perm rods, picks, and rollers were used on them.  I hope you can give them a new home.  Thanks for looking.  E-mail me if you have any questions.
