We answer all of our emails as soon as we can. Mon-Fri, emails are answered all day. On the weekends, if we are in the office we will answer immediately, if we are out, we will only answer once per day, so please be patient . We are liquidators. We sell overstock, shelf pulls, brand new items, customer returns, and refurbished items. The condition of the item will be stated in the main listing of every ad. Often, the original packaging will be damaged. We will repack it or fix the packaging, but the item itself is in perfect condition unless otherwise noted.
