You can combine Items up to 3 days or 5 items.
Do not pay for your items separately if you wish to combine.
Once you pay, no further items may be combined on that invoice.
It is the customers responsibility to pay the correct amount.
Insurance is as follows
From $.01- $49.99 - $1.65
From $50.01- $99.99 - $2.05
From $100.00 - $199.99 - $2.45
From $200.00 - $299.99 - $4.60
and $1.65 per hundred value after that. Our liability is not greater than insurance paid for by the customer or limited by the insurer, either USPS / UPS or Private insurer, due to customers location.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses on their order.
If your package is returned to us Undeliverable as addressed -No Forwarding Address,
Incomplete Address, refused by customer, you will owe another shipping/handling charge of $4.95 prior to re-shipment of your package. Refused packages, will be treated as a return and subject to any associated fees.
Our No Questons asked Return Policy
Any Item (except earrings due to health regulations) may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of item for any reason.
Any returns, paid by money order will be less the cost of Postal Money order.
All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non - refundable. All returned items must have an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and must be insured for contents value, by the USPS.
Returns post marked past 7 days of issuance or without a Valid RMA# will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Returns sent uninsured will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Contact us with URGENT in the Subject for RMA #. Your RMA # is valid for 7 days from date of issuance and must be placed on the outside of your insured package. Claims for Item(s) that are damaged or Lost are paid by the United States Postal Service or our private insurer (depending on your location) and must be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s)for a damage claim and after 30 days from shipping date for a lost claim.
We do not ship damaged items. Contact us with URGENT in the Subject for the necessary paper work and we will gladly assist you with any claim you may have. Keep all packaging material if you have a claim.(throw nothing away) |
