Crafted of exceedingly durable and special weather-resistant PVC nylon, this oversized layering piece comes equipped with a front zip pouch pocket with enclosed elastic web belt; mesh lining, folds into a fanny pack. This all weather parka comes in the legendary HIGHLANDER colors of black and red with HIGHLANDER emblems screened on arm and chest, and inside front zip pouch pocket.
