Search for digital timers on internet & Ebay, you will see most of them are out of day, only can be set up to 20 hours; set 19 hours 59 minutes, you have to press the keypads 78 times (19 times hour keypad plus 59 times minute keypad equal 78 times) & can't be set for seconds.
Look for upday timers selling here, set 19 hours 59 minutes, just press the keypads 4 times (press 1-9-5 & 9 number keypads), also you can set time from 1 second to 100 hours.

TIMER INSTRUCTIONS
Press ST/SP, (Start/Stop) key to turn timer on, the first digit of hours will be flashing.
To set 99 minutes enter 0099 with the keypad, it doesn’t like regular timer, you have to press the keypad 99 times. After entry, the first digit of seconds will be flashing. To stare count down press ST/SP key once, count down timing will start.
To reset the timer, press the reset key twice quickly, timer will reset to 0 with the first digit of hours flashing.
To set 90 hours enter 9, after entry the second digit of hours will be flashing, then press ST/SP key once and count down will start.
For your health, keep 8 hours sleep every night, press 08
To set 1 hour 59 minutes enter 0159, After entry the first digit of seconds will be flashing, then press ST/SP key once and count down will start.
To set 99 hours 59 minutes enter 9959, After entry the first digit of seconds will be flashing, then press ST/SP key once and count down will start.
To set 100 hours, enter 9960, (100 hours = 99 hours + 60 minutes), after entry the first digit of seconds will be flashing, then press ST/SP key once and count down will start.
To set one second, enter 000001. After entry the first digit of hours will be flashing. Then press ST/SP key once and count down will start.
The timer can be set for up to 99 hours 99 minutes 99 seconds.
(Equal 100 hours 40 minutes 39 seconds)
To count up, press the ST/SP key to turn the timer on, then press ST/SP key again, the timer will start timing up and continue for 100 hours 40 minutes 39 seconds. (Or until you stop it.)
After two minute if no time is set the display will blank to preserve the battery.
When the timer alarms after count down ends, press the ST/SP key to turn the alarm off. Timer will now read 00:00 :00. The alarm will sound for one minute then shut off. The display will blank after an additional two minutes
