7.5" Silver on Copper Teapot, 'Crown, S, Shield' Mark

This is a Silverplated copper teapot.  It's 7.5" high.  On the bottom of the is stamped a mark consisting of a 'Crown', a 'S', and a 'Shield'.  Below that is written 'Silver On Copper' (see photo).

The item is in ok shape.  There are no dents that I can find, but there are a couple cracks in the base (see photos), and some nicks and scratches here and there.  It's also in need of serious polishing.
