1986 Cementec volumetric concrete mixer. Works well. This machine will save you big money. Or sell 1-2 yards
at a time to someone else and make easy money.
At today's selling price per yard, plus delivery charges; and the ability to carry 6 yards on the rig,
simple math tells you you can make a bundle.
A big diesel engine on an older Kenworth makes it easy to continuously mix at the flow capacity of 30 yards per hour.
The truck carries sand, aggregate, cement powder, water, and up to three admixtures for six (or more) yards.
You would need to keep resupplying the materials to keep batching.
You have the power to take your new mixing machine anywhere you can drive, hop out and start dispensing fresh
concrete. When you have mixed enough, stop, spray off the chute and auger and drive off. (Or finish the surface if it
is your project.
Very, very easy to run; you engage the PTO, you set the truck to 1500 RPM, check the adjustable gates for sand
and aggregate, set the water for the slump you need. Pull one lever to start the auger, pull another to start the mixing
and you are making concrete. One high flow admix tank and two low flow tanks give you the ability to add liquid integral
color or chemicals (retarder, calcium cloride hastener, plasticizers etc.)
Mix as fast or as slow as you can handle. one person can easily handle any pour because if you get behind you simply stop
mixing, catch up on your finishing step, then start mixing again. No more cold joints.
The truck starts nice ,runs well drives decent. The mixer runs great, is easy to service and parts are available.
