Hitmen Liquidators sells an endless variety of merchandise at the low starting price of $.99 with no reserves. We purchase our products in wholesale lots from major retailers nationwide!
Buyers MUST remember that a wholesale liquidation center is vastly different than a retail facility. Our merchandise normally comes from many unique and diverse sources such as;
Lost freight, manufacturer over runs, store display models, overstock, seasonal items, damaged packaging, scratch and dent, customer returns, unsalable, missing parts/pieces, defective, parts, ect.

Often these items are in perfect or even in brand new condition but some items may have issues. Because of the diverse nature of our product we do the absolute best of our ability to test and list our products accurately as possible.
Hitmen Liquidators lists according to our sorting and testing department’s inspections. It is difficult for us to know for certain if the merchandise is complete (with all its accessories) or if every option functions perfectly. We list all information we have on hand regarding the state of the item in order for you to get an idea on what you’re bidding on.
Despite any and all observations by our employees, your product MAY NOT be what you expected or it may have issues beyond what was observed. Please carefully consider this information BEFORE you bid.
Liquidation merchandise may not be appropriate for everyone. There is always a potential for uncertainty with the items being auctioned. The winning bidder agrees that this is an 'AS IS' auction and therefore no warranty is intended or implied.

All items MUST be paid within SEVEN days after auction end.
If you are waiting to combine shipping, please wait until auction end and send us an email requesting your total.
Please keep in mind your that you have a SEVEN day window to combine purchase. You will be unable to combine purchase past the seven day window.

Please read our item descriptions prior to bidding. All unpaid items will receive a UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE on the seventh day of non-payment. NEGATIVE feedback may follow.

Hitmen Liquidators uses the SHIPPING CALCULATOR to accurately let our customers know their shipping costs.
Shipping quotes are based on the ACTUAL published rates currently charged by Canada Post, and other national shippers.
Should you choose to DECLINE shipping insurance you accept FULL responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

We ONLY ship to the address stated on your EBAY account.
Hitmen Liquidators ONLY ships to CANADA and the U.S.A.
DO NOT bid if you are not within these countries. Absolutely NO exceptions.

Hitmen Liquidators offers $5.00 off any shipping on additional items, in order to save you money.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Hitmen Liquidators NOW offers local pick-up on all auctions.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $5.00 PER ITEM HANDLING CHARGE APPLIED ON EVERY AUCTION WON
In order to pick up your item you must pay through PAYPAL ONLY.
Please contact us PRIOR to picking up in order for us to adjust your invoice.
You must then print out a recipt showing your payment has been cleared and aswell as your auctions won.
You will need your PAYPAL RECIEPT in order to pick up your auctions

10am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

SALES TAX
By law, we are REQUIRED to collect sales tax on all auction items and shipping charges with a delivery address within Canada. The tax rate will be based on the Provincial and Federal guide lines; we collect GST/HST/OST taxes on all applicable auctions
RETURN POLICY
REFUND POLICY GENERAL
All refund claims must be made within SEVEN days from receipt of product. Hitmen Liquidators WILL NOT accept returns after SEVEN DAYS
We will accept returns on products that Hitmen Liquidators agrees were misrepresented in the initial listing. All items are REQUIRED to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection and processing. We will issue you an RMA number.
FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO FILE A RETURN SEE BELOW RETURN POLICY
Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to Hitmen-Liquidators will result in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties
All returned items must be sent by courier of customer’s choice and be prepaid by customer NO collect shipments will be accepted at our facility
Return postage charges are NOT covered by Hitmen Liquidators in any circumstances.
Any reimbursements made by Hitmen Liquidators will be made via the payment method chosen by the customer when the item was purchased
Please note that refunds take up to 14 DAYS process after item arrives back in our facility.
REFUND MISSING ITEM
***Note this ONLY applies to those who purchases shipping insurance***
In the event that your package is missing the customer will be FULLY refunded for that item including all shipping costs.
REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE
Hitmen Liquidators sells items in various conditions from new to damaged. In the event that an item is damaged beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid.
REFUND UNAUTHORIZED RETURN
In the event that Hitmen Liquidators receives any item that does not contain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) Hitmen Liquidators reserves the right to not refund the purchased price.
If Hitmen Liquidators can find the item transactions we will refund the purchase price for the item minus a 35% restocking fee
PLEASE READ OUR STEPS TO FILE A RETURN
1. CONTACT US ALONG WITH YOUR FULL NAME, ITEM, EBAY ITEM NUMBER, AND PROBLEM WITH ITEM.
2. WE WILL THEN MAKE CONTACT WITH YOU AND EVALUATE YOUR CLAIM.
3. IF A CLAIM HAS BEEN DEEMED VALID WE WILL ISSUE YOU AN RMA NUMBER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM WITH.
4. ONCE THE ITEM ARRIVES IN OUR WAREHOUSE WE WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND MINUS SHIPPING COSTS.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A REFUND GENERALLY TAKES 14 BUSINESS DAYS
