Unfortunately, I have to slightly increase my shipping costs as the US post office has almost doubled their small package shipping charges. I combine US shipping as follows: $2.75 first item, $0.50 each additional item won in a 24 hour period up to 4 items. Postal insurance is $3.00 for US shipping only.
Winning bidder pays shipping. I accept (and prefer) Paypal, checks or money orders as means of payment from US bidders only. I will ship outside US if 1) winning bidder pays with Paypal, 2) pays international shipping rates and 3) accepts responsibility for loss during shipment. I have to abide by these conditions because of a small number of problems with previous international shipments.
Please note: I only accept PAYPAL from International Bidders. Any other type of payment will be returned. I am forced to do this because of local banking policies.
