AUCTION TERMS: By bidding in this auction you have READ & AGREED to the following conditions and terms

• We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback or none at all.
  
• All sales are final.
  
• Items are shipped on Mondays & Thursdays.
  
• Payment must be received by midnight the night before we ship, otherwise your merchandise will not go out until the following ship day.
  
• Checkout must be completed within 3 days.  This is your "promise to pay".   Actual payment is due within 5 business days.
  

PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS:  By bidding in this auction you have READ & AGREED to the following conditions & terms

• All items must be prepaid by money order, cashier's check, PayPal,  NO COD's.
  
• Personal checks accepted only with exceptional payment related feedback (50+).
  
• Items paid for with a personal check will be held for 10 days. 
  
• Payments must be received within 5 business days from close of auction.
  
• Domestic Shipping by USPS First Class Mail.
• For items valued at $250 or more, proof of receipt is required.
  
• Insurance is included with shipping and handling. Extra charges may apply for international shipments.
