This is a VERY old original photo of two Northwest coast natives in their traditional clothing. They both are wearing the hats that were worn along with the wool clothing. They are obviously a couple. The man has a wonderful look on his face. The photo measures 4 1/4 x 4 inches.
There is also a collection of artifacts framed with this piece. They include two arrow heads, or projectile points, and some shells, as well as a fossilized item that I can't identify.
I opened the back of this to try and see if there was a name on the print, but it turned out to be to much hassle. Everything is very well taped and sealed inside the frame and I did not want to damage it. The photo is an original and not a reproduction. As you can see there is some discoloration to the photo. It looks to be a exposure related issue when the picture was taken. The overall dimension are 16 by 11 inches.
This is an as is auction and unless I have grossly misrepresented it, or it is broken, it is not returnable.
Also as noted in the pictures, there are some scratches on the photo.
