This is a Sony Handycam CCD-FX420 that I purchased at an estate sale. I do not know if the battery has any life left in it, the camera turns on when plugged into a 110 outlet and appears to work great.
The sale includes an 8mm tape player (pictured) that hooks direct with a cable to either your VCR or TV.
The camera can also be connected directly to the TV with the attachments that are included
Also included are two microphones (pictured) one clips onto a person's shirt and the other would mount on top of the camera.
I am sure that this was a top quality Camcorder when it was produced and would still produce top quality footage of you family and friends.
This item is being sold "as is", I know nothing about the history of the camera other than I was told it works from the lady's son.
