Order Processing After your payment has been made and cleared, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. This is dependent on how many items you are purchasing and whether or not your item is in stock or backordered. Because we are extending our retail business to the internet, some items might be out of stock because it sold at our stores. You might receive a partial shipment, with backordered items sent to you at a later time.
Shipping Information We ship domestically and internationally with USPS. We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. You must add $1.70 if you would like to purchase insurance. The insurance only covers for $50 and additional insurance can be purchased. Insurance is required for international shipments, and more insurance will be charged if your total is over $50. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless you purchase insurance!

Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you must request a refund or an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery date, and we must receive the return items within 14 days of delivery date. However, you must pay for all shipping costs to send the items back to us and the items must be in its original state with all packaging intact, or your request will not be honored. Also, there is a 20% restocking fee which will be incurred for each item sent back to us. All refunds will be sent by paypal or credit card. No refunds or exchanges will be honored for auction items and wig and hair items, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make your decision to purchase these items carefully and ask questions! Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns from international customers.
Missing, Incorrect, or damaged items If for any reason, you receive an incorrect item, or you are missing an item, you must contact us immediately by email to confirm the error. For electrical goods, you must contact us immediately to report malfunction or defect within 7 days of delivery date. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue. However, if you send back an item which is fully functioning or correctly shipped by us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for sending the item back.
