This item is surplus merchandise previously used by a University, Hospital or Goverment Agency. All of the merchandise we receive is reported as being in working condition. We were able to turn it on when it was unplugged from an outlet. Seems to hold some kind of charge, how long of a charge is unkown.This equipment is sold AS IS and returns will be offered on a limited basis minus the shipping fees. We ship orders within 24hrs from receipt of payment. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed after 11AM CST will ship the following Monday except holidays.

International orders must meet two requirements. 1) You must ship to your Paypal confirmed address. 2) We must declare the full sale price on the customs declaration form. We will not be able to declare it as a "gift" or "repair/returns". You will need to pay any import taxes imposed by your country. We do this to insure a smooth transaction with  no complications from customs authorities. Insurance is included in the shipping & handling cost.
