Every
order at Most
items are normally shipped within 3 days for orders paid with
Paypal without complication.
Payment
complications include: different shipping and billing addresses,
billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card
record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.
Do
I need to be at home to accept my delivery when it arrives?
You
don't necessarily have to be home when your delivery arrives.
While it's recommended that you are present to accept your
delivery in person, it is not mandatory. If you are unavailable
at time of delivery, our shipment company will leave the rug in
a safe place until you arrive home.
How
can I track my order?
After
you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation
email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you
another email with the shipping/tracking information. You may
use that information to track your shipment by the PIN number
provided.
RETURNS
Customer
Satisfaction is our main goal, therefore we stand behind every
single rug we sell. Your satisfaction is guaranteed thanks to
our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason you are
not 100% satisfied, simply return your order within 30 days of
purchase for exchange or refund, less the cost of return
shipping. Please Note: It can take up to 3 weeks for a credit to
appear or 4-6 weeks to receive a refund check.
Please
be sure to wrap your returns in the original packaging.
Please
note that we inspect the rug upon arrival and items that have
been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur
additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly
damaged or soiled. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
If
your rug is shipped to the shipping address you provided, and
the rug is unable to be delivered for any reason, and then you
cancel your order, your purchase will be refunded less 20% to
cover our initial shipping and handling, credit card fees, and
all taxes associated with your order.
