The fixture is high quality stainless steel with glass sanitation barriers. The canopy is heavy vinyl with drop down closing shades. Measurements are 70"Lx34"Dx93"H. The prep/serving area is stainless steel , as is the whole unit. Even the front and sides are steel with the decorative black vinyl inserts.
This portable unit is manufactured by Star Manufacturing International of St. Louis Missouri as shown in picture 5. We purchased for our retail food business and used only as a display/customer service unit. The three sink compartment and plumbing hook-ups have not been used. Picture 2 shows the original packaging plastic on the stainless steel doors. Picture 4 shows the containers for the potable water, hoses and waste water containers.
The piece has a very elegant look and could be used in a home for outdoor entertaining on a deck, patio or pool-side. Great for specialized service in a retail food store, cafe or restaurant.
The unit is heavy but easy to move with wheel casters on each side.
