By law, there are health restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.Please contacts prior to any returns for a RMA.
