Payment: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover & American Express), Cashier’s checks or Money Orders (US customers only). We do NOT accept personal checks. International customers MUST pay via PayPal.

If you pay via money order or cashier’s check we will not ship your item until the money order has cleared through our bank account. Money orders must be payable to Rainbow Records and mailed to: Rainbow Records, 2113 Del Prado Blvd.-S, Cape Coral, FL 33990.( *Please include the item number and your mailing address with payment!*)

 For auction items won payment must be received no later than 5 days after the auction ends. For "Buy it Now" items, “Fixed Price” or “Store Inventory” items payment must be made immediately. We will ship your item out within 4 business days of receiving your cleared payment. We offer a faster handling service if you want an item sent out quickly we will ship out next business - extra charge of $3.00 applies.

Shipping: For US Domestic orders we ship media mail but you have the option to upgrade to First class mail – see ‘Shipping & Handling’ detail below. We are happy to combine multiple items for you. For cd’s, dvd’s and vinyl records we charge an additional $2.00 per item purchased. (Box Sets excluded from this offer) If you combine any of the above with other items such as posters, patches, etc we will calculate a unique shipping cost for you and this will be indicated on your invoice. Please do not pay until you receive our invoice. Please do not invent your own shipping discounts as we will ignore them!

Returns Policy: We do not accept any returns so please feel free to ask questions before you bid. We will be happy to give you all the answers you need. We take great care to describe all our items carefully - check out our feedback scores!

Insurance:  Optional, but we will not be responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit. Insurance costs are detailed below. When we send you our invoice you will have the option to decline or accept insurance.

Sales Tax: For residents of Florida we must apply 6% sales tax to your item cost.

General: When sending items overseas we will always declare the true cost of items purchased. Please do not ask us to mark parcels ‘gift’ or not declare the true value as we will not ship this way. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and duties which may be payable.

Feedback: We will return all feedback left for us within a 7 day period – maximum.
