I will make your purchase an easy one. I want great feedback. I charge a $2.00 handling fee on all my items to cover boxes, gas etc. So don't bid if you think shipping is too high, I strive for positive feedback. I will COMBINE SHIPPING... fairly, no problem.
I will refund, less shipping if item is not described, after it is returned to me. I usually start all my items at .99 becasue I have no emotional attachment to these items and I am trying to get rid of a lot of stuff. So it would not benefit you to return a .99 item. But people do it! I want you to be happy! Higher price items are usually consignment items for friends.
I prefer NOT TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, it is way too much trouble. I will not refund and you must email me for shipping cost, once again, don't bid if you are going to leave negative feedback about the shipping costs.
