Item Description

What I have here is a WORKING (fan and heat works!!!!) KWIK WAY brand hair dryer from the 1940's or 50's. I am basing the age on what I what I read @ http://www.myhairstylingtools.com/blog/tag/who-invented-the-hair-dryer/. This unit has a rubber cord, not a cloth covered one, so I am assuming that it is newer than the one pictured in the link.

All in all it is in pretty good shape for its age. It does have some scratches and the paint on the handle is chipped at the bottom where it slides over the rod on the base. I plugged it in and the fan ran smoothly and when the switch was turned to heat it blew hot air. The base is cast iron and is missing one of the four glued on rubber feet and another one is unattached.

If you use the BUY IT NOW I will ship it for FREE!!!!

As with all of my auctions this is a PAY PAL ONLY, NO RETURNS, ALL SALES FINAL, AUCTION!!!!

UNITED STATES BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE....NO INTL SHIPPING!!!!!

Thanks for looking!
