All Rates are for Continental U.S. 48 states only. Any buyer MUST email us prior to purchasing, if they wish to have shipping insurance on the product. We ship everything via USPS. USPS does not allow us to be able to track packages. If you would like a different carrier you must email and let us know so we can give you an amount before you purchase the item. If you purchase item before doing this then you are responsible for paying whatever shipping cost is involved.
We try our best to ship all the products within 24-48 hours of payment received in full.

If there is a problem with your order Kindly contact us before leaving a Neutral or Negative feedback so we may resolve the Issue. Often, Negative feedback is the result of Misunderstanding or Miscommunication which can be resolved with one email.
