IMPORTANT:

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  If you are paying via Paypal, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.  Change the Paypal address before making payment!  We can only ship to the address listed by Paypal.  If you pay via Paypal with a PO Box as the listed address, we may immediately refund payment and issue a non-paying bidder report to eBay.

International Shipping and Payment - You must read if you are an international bidder!

International buyers must speak fluent English!

Paypal has extended seller protection , so we now accept Paypal payments in cases where Paypal offers full seller protection.  Paypal does so at their discretion.  If you make a payment and Paypal does not offer protection on the payment, we must refund the payment and you must pay by alternative means.  We also reserve the right to cancel payment at our discretion.  In some cases, we may ask you to pay customs and duties charges in advance and in excess of the final price of the auction plus shipping.

If eBay does not show a shipping rate for your country (we don't estimate for vinyl cutters larger than 25"), you can get an approximate shipping rate by going to http://fedex.com.  Vinyl cutters ship from zip code 98072 in the USA.  Dimensional weights are usually charged.  Most vinyl cutters that are about 36" have a dimension weight of about 75 lbs or 35 kg.  48" vinyl cutters usually have a dimensional weight of 95 lbs or 45 kg.  We get too many requests for individual quotes, so we will not quote before the auction ends.  If you are the winner of the auction, please email us for a final price to be paid.  If you do ask, we will refer you to the terms and conditions.

International shipping rates that are quoted are an estimate based on world-wide shipping (some quotes are country specific).  We charge discounted flat-rate shipping, but it is impossible for us to provide accurate shipping to all countries.  In cases where shipping charges are in excess of our estimates, you will be required to pay higher shipping charges.  If this is the case, you will have the right to withdrawal from your commitment to the auction.  When listings show "International Expedited Shipping", we are using Fedex International Priority Service.  It is typically a 3-5 business day service and customs clearance charges are included in the service.

Shipping via "Fedex International Priority Service" includes customs brokerage fees, however, duties and taxes are not included, and you will be responsible for paying these to the driver at the time the parcel is delivered.

As an international buyer, under no circumstances are we able to pay for shipping in the case of dissatisfaction or necessity of warranty repair (including in the event of DOA).  We are willing to swap defective parts as per our normal warranty terms, but you will be required to pay shipping both ways.  We admit that we have had some customers that have been disatisfied with this policy.  You can see complaints on our forum at http://forum.uscutter.com.

Please do not bid if you are unsatisfied with the shipping rates or policies identified above.  If you will be dissatisfied with the transaction in the event of necessity of warranty repair, please do not bid.  We do not gain an advantage by selling to international customers other than the slightly larger number of units that we are able to sell.  Our margins simply aren't enough to cover the additional risk, so we must pass this risk on to the customer.  International shipping is very difficult, risky, and costly.  We offer this service for those customers who find our product to be a superior value compared to what local merchants are able to provide.  We recgonize that there are some downsides to purchasing from a USA based seller, so please be prepared for a buying experience that is less than we can provide to our USA based customers.

Canada
All statements above (relating to international shipping) apply to Canadian customers as well - please read.  Shipping quotes to Canada which are listed as "International Expedited Shipping" are sent via Fedex International Priority Service which is usally a 2-3 business day service to Canada.  The shipping rates do include customs brokerage services, however, they do not include taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for paying these to the driver at the time the parcel is delivered.

If you would like to reduce your shipping charges on 12-25" vinyl cutters, you can do so if you follow these rules carefully.  You must pay via USD denominated bank draft (cashiers check).  In this case, we offer a 33.3% discount on our quoted rate and send the shipment via the US Postal Service.  The customs process for this service is inefficient, and can sometimes lead to long delays.  To take advantage of this offer, you must leave positive feedback in advance and leave 5 starts on all feedback criteria.  The policies to take advantage of these discounted shipping rates are very strict and only in place for those customers that are very sensitive to shipping prices and who are willing to accept the risks of a lower-quality shipping service.

Some smaller items are quotes as "International Standard Shipping", and these are shipped via USPS and are also subject to the delays identified in the previous paragraph.

Terms and Conditions:

Paypal
We accept Paypal payment only on transactions in which we are protected by Paypal's seller protection policy.  Paypal will approve or deny payments at their own discretion.  The approval process can delay shipment (though it usually does not), and we will refund any payments that are denied protection.  This is a new system from Paypal, so if we refund payment, please do not be offended.  We will only ship to the shipping address that is on the Paypal receipt.

Other forms of payment
We accept bank certified cashier's checks, and money orders. We also accept bank-to-bank transfer.  Buyers must pay an additional $15 to cover our bank fees for wire transfers. Please make payments out to SellTopia, LLC. If payment is not received within 7 days of auction close, we will file a non-paying bidder complaint, and you will get a "NON-PAYING Bidder Strike".

Buyer will pay a fixed rate shipping and handling charge for shipping within the continental 48 states. Insurance is optional.

Applicable sales taxes will be added to shipments or pickups within the state of WA.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories not requiring customs will be actual shipping plus $10 handling fee.

Warranty

180 day warranty from date of completion of auction for US buyers only.  1-year warranty for Copam vinyl cutters. Warranty only available if shipping insurance option is chosen (or item is picked up locally). Warranty covers parts replacements. Warranty repairs that require warranty service will require buyer to pay for shipping both ways.

Returns

We offer a 30 day guaranteed satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with the plotter for any reason, you may return it to us as long as we receive the unit back as it was originally boxed, with all accessories, and no damage. We have had some returns where customers are careless about packaging the return shipment, and we must stress, if you do not package the unit well, damage costs will be deducted from your refund. Also, keep in mind that the customer is expected to pay shipping and handling both ways for any returned item.
