An original state tax land deed.  At the top it says the indenture is between John F. Wilkinson Deputy Auditor General of the State of Michigan and Joseph Walsh of Flint Michigan.  The land is situated in the County of Schoolcraft, lot three section six containing thirty nine and thirty five hundredths acres more or less.......  It is signed and dated at the bottom October 20, 1906 at Ingham County.

The document is in very good condition.
