An original state tax land deed. At the top it says the indenture is between Rosco D. Dix, Auditor General of the State of Michigan and Delta Lumber Co of Thompson Michigan. The land is situated in the County of Schoolcraft, East half of North West quarter section sixteen containing eighty acres more or less, north west quarter of north west quarter secton sixteen containing forty acres more or less...... It is signed and dated at the bottom April 28, 1897 at Ingham County.
The document is in very good condition.
