An original state tax land deed.  At the top it says the indenture is between John F. Wilkinson, Deputy Auditor General of the State of Michigan and Delta Lumber Co of Thompson Michigan.  The land is situated in the County of Schoolcraft, South half of North East quarter section Twenty one containing eighty acres more or less......  It is signed and dated at the bottom June 5, 1902 at Ingham County.

The document is in very good condition.
