Although assembly instructions say it is a 3-seater, in reality it only seats 2 adults comfortably. Set is in perfectly good working order and has been on covered porch protected from weather. Photo shows white cushion but actually color is cream. Photo also does not show that cushions need to be cleaned and/or covered. Set is sold as is since it belonged to previous owner of home, I cannot guarantee that all necessary hardware is present although as the 2nd photo shows the previously owner meticulously stored it in original packaging with the assembly instructions. Winning bidder must pick up the set in Manassas, VA and disassemble for transport. No delivery or shipment available. A great deal and priced to sell because my wife wants it off the porch.
