Shipping & Handling

• Item will ship out within 2 working days after we conform the payment.
• We normally ship the item by airmail at Hong Kong Post, and it takes approximate 7-14 bussiness days to reach you.
• Insurance is optional (may required for some auctions) but highly recommended. We don't take responsibility for those items lost during shipping as long as you without purchase insurance!
• Shipping and handling charge is AUD11.00 for the first item, AUD10.00 for each additional items. Shipping charge is the same for all countries and regions including Hong Kong.

Payment Method

• Payment should be settled within 3 business days after the end of the biding, otherwise we will reserve the right of cancel the order and re-selling the item.

Returns & Refunds

• Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.
• Buyer must contact us via emails and notify us of the condition about the item within 24 hours after receiving it .
• We will however offer a replacement if the item we send you is defective on delivery
• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories or a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for exchange or warranty service.
