• Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our email will contain a link to our simple ebay approved secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.


• Money Orders & Checks: Buyers must also complete the checkout if you are going to mail in your payment. Checks may be accepted from buyers with a feedback rating of more than 50. All checks and money orders must be in US dollars.

• Paypal: Paypal users will checkout using our secure checkout system. International Paypal users may be required to use a shipping method that has tracking. This can raise the cost of shipment considerably. Paypal may not be used for local pickup purchases.


• Taxes: Texas residents must add 8.25% Sales Tax. Texas sales tax is calculated on the entire amount including shipping and handling as required by Texas law. Seller is not in any way responsible for VAT Taxes or Duty.


• Payment Terms: Please do not bid if you do not want to buy, we reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days. Payments not received within 7 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees. Once fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is relisted. This is an automated process.

Combined Orders: If you have bid on multiple auctions, please wait until all auctions have ended before proceeding to our checkout. There is a 9 item limit per checkout, no more than 9 items can be combined per invoice. All items must be paid within 7 days. If you need help contact us by calling or writing.

The auctions should automatically be combined when you go through the checkout. The checkout will combine the orders and calculate a 20% shipping discount for each item after the full shipping amount is charged for the item with the highest shipping rate. If this process does not take place, please contact us before making any payment. Once you complete the checkout, you will not be able to combine additional auctions. No exceptions can be made. Failure to make combined payment will result in full & separate S&H charges for each item.

Local Pick Up: Appointments must be scheduled to pick items up at our location, call 972-487-6800. There is a five dollar pickup fee for the first three items, more if you are difficult. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 11:00am and 4:00pm. Some items may require 24-hour notice for preparation, all items require a minimum of two hours notice. No items may be picked up without an appointment. Payment for local pickup items is through credit card or cash, Paypal may not be used for local pickup items.

Shipping: Buyer to pay 12.99 for shipping and handling in the lower 48 United States. Additional shipping charges will apply to other U.S. addresses. Most items are shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. Your items will be professionally packed using high quality packing materials by our shipping department. We are very proud of their skills, they safely ship several thousand packages every month. Our in house foam in place machine is used to make custom foam inserts to protect those hard to pack and heavy items. Our very reasonable shipping and handling fees are based on these professional skills and facilities. We will not ship using your account, please do not ask.

Shipping Insurance: Insurance is optional, we are not responsible for uninsured items. Shipping insurance will automatically be selected in the checkout for you. The shipping insurance fee is 2.00. If you do not wish to insure your item, you can decline it when you checkout.

Shipment Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped. You may also obtain this information by logging in to the checkout above.

Auction Terms: We want you to be happy with your purchase, please read the description carefully. Check the auction terms, not all of our auctions have the same terms. We try to describe our auction items as accurately and honestly as possible. Because of our limited knowledge, there could be important information about the item that is not listed. Please do not assume we know what the item is or does. This item is sold AS IS, all sales are final. You only get what is listed in the auction. Nothing more, nothing less. Any accessories not specifically mentioned are not included.

Returns: There are no returns on as is items all sales are final. In the unlikely event that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund made once the item is safely returned. You must contact us at Rma@erecycler.net within 48 hours of receipt. You must provide the auction number and a description of the problem. We are sorry, we cannot accept RMA requests by phone, we want you and us both to have a record of your report.

RMA Numbers: No returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA numbers are valid only for 10 days within which our warehouse must receive the returned merchandise. After the ten days is expired, RMA numbers will not be reissued or extended. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging are not covered by warranty. Make sure you have adequate insurance on the product to cover its value before shipping. Make sure that the RMA number is plainly visible on the outside of the package you are sending. Receiving may not process any packages without RMA numbers visible on the outside of the package. Prior to processing the RMA, we will inspect and verify the merchandise according to the problem description(s). Erecycler LLC reserves the right to reject merchandise that has been tampered with or received in poor condition due to improper packaging.

Rules of Engagement: Do not email and ask us to end the auction early. This is an auction, you bid. If you see something you like and it is a great deal you need to bid. If you need the item really bad, you better bid really high:) it will sell. If you have a desire to make a offer, do so by bidding. Low ballers are ridiculed without mercy and blocked.

Feedback: Due to our high volume of sales we leave feedback in response only. We will leave the appropriate feedback for you based on how we feel the transaction went. Positive feedback makes us feel good, Negative feedback makes us feel bad and Neutral feedback makes us play feedback roulette. Moods here are dependent on wind direction, the extent of sleep depravation and caffeine levels, and have nothing to do with how fast you paid, like this auction it is a gamble.
