All 3 condos have, 75 Cable TV Channels including HBO, Free High Speed Wireless Internet, DVD players, fully furnished kitchen with all the amenities (just bring food and drink), wood burning fireplace from September to April, and your own private deck. We also have a crib, high chair, and roll out bed if needed please specify you will need them when making reservation. The view from these rental condo's truly makes you feel as if you are in the clouds. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna as well gas BBQ grills and a meeting room. You are a 5 minute drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg, the ski slopes, or Smoky Mountain National Park. Dollywood is just a short 15 minute drive away in Pigeon Forge.
These are a non Smoking units, but you may smoke outside. Sorry no pets.
Please note: email seller with desired dates of your stay. Dates will only be secured when payment is received and cleared. After purchase, directions will be provided to the condo and you will receive confirmation of your purchase, payment, and reservations from (the condominimum manager) by E-mail within 24 hours which will include my phone number to contact me directly if needed.
Payment and cancellation policy
Payment in full is required at time of reservation. If you cancel by phone at least 72 hours before your time of arrival based on 3:30pm check in, I will refund your money in full but you must fax me a letter requesting the return of your money. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival based on a 3:30pm check in then you will be credited for a future stay to be used within 12 months from the original reservation date. I will mail you a certificate to be used at that time. All monetary returns will be sent via US mail on a bank check in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
