For those purchasing equipment--reasons we cannot quote cost of shipping

For those bidding on equipment, we are unable to quote the amount a common carrier will charge you for freight. This is because we do not know whether you have a commercial or residential address; whether or not a liftgate is required; or your hours of operation. Therefore it is most efficient for you to get a quote from Freightquote.com to determine the cost.

Open and Test Upon Receipt

We want you to be happy with the item purchased. You as Buyer agree to open, inspect, and test all items immediately upon receipt. This prevents simple misunderstandings. For concerns after sale please contact us at ebaysales@capitalvending.com If an item needs to be returned or exchanged the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. Due to low profit margin on vending machines and most parts we are unable to offer refunds on merchandise. If we ship a part in error or it is defective we will be happy to send an exchange.

Palleting fee for equipment; common carrier shipment and equipment pick up - possible storage fees

If the item you purchased is shipped by common carrier a packing/palleting fee of $50.00 per vending machine, video game, etc. will be added to the final price. Visit FREIGHTQUOTE.COM to get quotes on the cost to have the machine shipped by common carrier. You are welcome to make suitable freight arrangments as you are responsible for the cost of shipping. The shipping and handling cost may show $0.00 as it is paid directly by winning bidder. Buyer agrees to immediately open and view all items as it is your responsibility to make any insurance claims with the carrier. If you will be picking up the equipment, please contact us at least a 2 days in advance to schedule a time. We are open from 9:00 to 4:00 EST Monday through Friday. Saturday pick up arrangements can be arranged at our discretion for an additional fee of $50. You must supply all the manpower, and moving apparatus; we are not able to help with loading onto your vehicle for liability reasons. We care that the equipment you have won is paid for and picked up promptly. We schedule our auctions assuming that we will receive payment by Pay Pal or Credit Card within 3 days or by money order within 7 days. After we receive payment the equipment must be picked up within 7 days. It is your responsibility to make these arrangements. If the item is not picked up within 7 days it may be moved to an offsite storage facility at your risk. You will then be responsible for reimbursing the facility for the cost to move and store it until you pick it up. You are also responsible for dealing with this third party facility entirely. At this time they are charging $40.00 to move the machine and $10.00 per day to store it so please complete the pick-up arrangements after you have paid us!!!! Payment - Money order, Pay Pal, and credit cards

Please mail money orders made payable to Capital Vending 13581-E Virginia Manor Rd. Laurel, MD 20707-6515. When paying by money order please let us know you will be doing so by E mail. If you wish to pay by credit card call us at 301 419-3189; our fax is 301 419-3661. Pay us using Pay Pal using account name LT@capitalvending.com. Winning bidder agrees to make Pay Pal and Credit Card payments within 3 days and to mail money orders immediately. If we do not hear from you within 3 days we reserve the right to offer the item to the second highest bidder. Bidders that win equipment agree to pick up machines or complete common carrier arrangements per the above terms and have machine(s) picked up within 7 days of making payment = no more than 10 days after completion of auction.
