LOCAL PICK UP

Low4AllShop does not offer local pickup at any facilities.

PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 days of the auction closing.  Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback if dispute is required for payment.

AS-IS
All bidders understand that "as-is" auctions have no warranty implied, and items are sold in condition described.  No returns or warranties are available on such listings.

SUPPORT
We offer customer support via e-mail.  Please allow 72 hours for reply from a representative.   

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Shipping is handled via FedEx or USPS.  If customer checks out with UPS shipping, similiar services may be used (FedEx, DHL, etc.).  There are no additional charges on domestic shipments, the handling charges, residential/rural delivery,  fuel charges, & applicable surcharges based on location  are included if required.  Buyers who choose to decline shipping insurance  accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.  We review shipping damage claims for insured shipments only.  If carrier concludes damage occurred in transit, buyer will receive full refund.  Shipments are normally delivered in a fast & timely manner.  Larger, heavier items may take up to two weeks due to weight and handling requirements.  Normally items are delivered fast via FedEx or UPS.  Please email us with any order/shipping inquiry.

REFUND POLICY
Customers will be fully refunded for items (including all shipping costs) if item is for any reason not available or not as described when processing for shipping.  All items listed are currently in stock and if items become unavailable, listings are normally closed prior to auction end time.  However, in the case that a rare event (item not being located or an item not testing as described) occurs, customers will be fully refunded witihin 7 days.

If  a customer feels an item is different than described, and the auction is not an "as-is" listing, please email us for return shipping instructions and authorization.  The return authorization request must be made within 5 days upon receipt.  Item must be returned in the same condition shipped, using a method that can be tracked or confirmed.  Customers are responsible for return shipping.  

If an item is damaged, not in condition stated due to apparent shipping damage, the customer may claim full amount by email.  Damage claims are only available on insured packages.  If damage photos are available please email pictures.  UPS/FedEx shipments may be authorized for return pick-up at no additional cost, please inquire.  Item must be available in the same original packaging that it was received with.  All damage claims must be made within 2 days from receipt of product.

Low4AllShop only refunds shipping & handling costs on insured parcels that are damaged and on listings that become unavailable or are deemed not as described (during re-test/evaluation) prior to shipping.  Please read all terms above prior to bidding.  By placing bid, ebayer has acknowledged and agreed to all terms above.
