PAYMENT
If you do not live within the USA and you have a friend or family member who does, have them send us a check or money order! We will be happy to mail the item to you in your home country or to whomever you wish.
2.1 We accept: Bank Transfers, Checks, Drafts, Exchanges, Money Orders, Travlers' Cheques &
2.2 Checks, Drafts or Exchanges drawn from banks outside of the USA and payable on a US bank maybe held for 30 days for them to clear.
2.3 United States Postal Money Orders, Money Orders, Travelers' Cheques, and Cashier's Check, will receive the fastest service, except on large amounts due to fake Cashier's Checks and other none real items.
2.4 Personal checks must clear your bank and must be drawn or payable through a U.S. Bank. (5 working days.) Regular patrons -- no delay.
2.5 Bank Transfers / Wire Transfers Fee If you choose to wire money into our bank account in the USA, our bank charges us a $20 Fee and we passed it onto you. But your bank may send it to another bank and that bank may charge a fee. So, to cover all the bank fees, we charge $50 BUT WE GIVE YOU BACK CHANGE should you end up over paying. You will have to add $50 more to the total if you choose to pay in this method. If you do not, your item(s) will not be shipped until the Bank fee(s) are paid.
2.6 Payment should must be received no later than 10 days after the close of the auction. We will email you at the close.
2.7 If payment is not received within the 10 days, a non-payment bidder alert maybe filed with eBay.
2.8 If payment is received after the 10 days, your lot(s) will be considered sold "as is" and therefore non returnable for any reason.
2.9 Layaway is available, just contact us before you bid so we can agree on the terms. Please let us know how much you want to spend and how long you think it will take you to pay it off.

SALES TAX
3.1 California residents must pay sales tax. Do NOT include Postage when calculating Sales Tax.

3.2 Nevada residents must pay sales tax. Include Postage when calculating Sales Tax.

By-law, we MUST have a signed Resale Certificate on file. This certificate MUST be done in blue or black ink and have a real pen signature. NO EXCEPTIONS or EXCUSES. - It's the law!

RETURNS
4.1 Customer satisfaction a must! If you are not pleased, just return the item(s) in their original holder(s) within Seven Days from the date your received the item(s). A refund check (less postage and handling fees) will be mailed to you soon after we receive the item(s).
4.2 Items graded by 3rd parties are non returnable for any reason whatsoever. (Such as: PCGS NGC PMG)
4.3 The guarantee does not apply to such lot(s) described in the description "as is" or "non returnable" or under sections 2.7 and 4.2.

5.1 All bidders are at least 18 years of age or older.

5.5 Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC), its agents and employees make no warrantees, guarantees or representations and expressly disclaim any warranties, representations or guarantees, including a warranty of merchantability.
5.6 In the event of any claim or controversy arising out of the sale, the Courts of Orange County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any case or controversy arising out of this sale or any transaction associated therewith. If legal action is commenced in connection with any sale, Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC) shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any amounts found due, its reasonable attorneys fees.
