For UK domestic customers we provide 1st class as standard, unless an item weights more than 500g when we will be using a different postal service, we also provide 1st class 'signed for' but please contact us if you want to use this.
We always send a message when dispatching an item - A dispatch email is send after an order has been dispatched, you will be able to see it in your messages on eBay (these do not always propagate to the inbox of a personal email account because of settings like SPAM filters, etc.).
