The book plate was puchased as an estate item.
The book plate is in very good condition. It shows very slight evidence of handling and does not lie quite flat.
The left margin is marked "Compliments of: W. B. Saunders". The top is marked "The Doctor" and "Reprinted with permission from Dolan, Fitzpatrick, Hermann: Nursing in Society".

International shipping with be $1.50 for USPS First Class International Air Mail shipping. The USPS does not offer insurance on First Class International shipping, only on the much higher Priority Mail rate.
