These brand new bags are made of high clarity 100 gauge PVC shrink film.
They will shrink 40% when heated. Use heat gun or tunnel to shrink.
If you don't have one of these you can use a simple hair blow dryer.
These are perfect for soaps/candles or anything else that will fit this size.
