My Auction Details – Very Important – Please Read Before Making a Bid
Payment & Postage
PAYPAL is my preferred method of payment, but payments via CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER are also welcome, please note that no other payment types will be accepted under any circumstances.
Postage costs are stated on every auction these costs are non-negotiable. Collection or multiple item discounts must be agreed in advance, Items will be posted as soon as payment is cleared into my bank account/Paypal account this will be 1 to 3 days for Paypal and 3 to 5 working days for Cheques or Postal orders. For high value items such as Mobile Phones due to increasing fraudulent payments the item/s will be posted as soon as monies have hit my bank account which will be 7 to 10 days.
Fees
The final auction price, plus the specified agreed Postage cost is the price you pay no additional fees will be payable.
Dispute Resolution
If there are any problems with your purchase, then please either get in touch with me via eBay or email leeroyaxl@hotmail.co.uk, I will endeavour to sort out all problems in a fair and professional manner, I will reply to all emails within 2 days.
Refunds & Returns
If there is a valid & agreed reason then I will give a full refund on items that are returned in the same condition as they were sent out in within 7 days of the received date, monies will be refunded within 7 days of the item being received back via the same method they were paid. Postage & Packaging fees are non-refundable, there are certain items on which I do not offer a returns service, these items will be described as such in the listing.
Feedback
I will leave feedback for you as soon as you are happy with the whole auction transaction and you have left feedback accordingly.
Item Descriptions
Items are described how I see them and shown below is a quick guide to how my descriptions work.
BNIB/BN&Sealed/New With Tags - Shop quality, if you went out and bought it from a shop it would be in this condition.
Very Good Con - Very Good quality, almost as it was when purchased but
not quite, may mean a few dog-eared pages in a book or slight fading on
a video cover.
Good Con - Good Condition same as above but more signs of wear.
Ok Con - Okay Condition books will be well read and show it, videos may
be looking a bit tatty, PS2/PC games will be scratched but working well and possibly without instruction booklets.
Shabby Con - Books are readable but may have writing on them or covers
videos may have broken boxes look tatty etc.
