Auction winners must contact me within a 3 day time limit from the close of the auction and payment must be received within 8 days of auction close including weekends. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 8 days without a notification.
EMAILS & Money orders payment must include the auction item number & name to help prevent any confusion and include all your contact information. Failure to do so when sending payment will cause a delay in shipping
Orders are processed within 2-3 day after payment is received.

Shipping Charges: Highest bidder agrees to prepay the closing bid of this item plus non-refundable shipping handling and insurance as caclulated below within continental USA and to Canada. GST/PST etc is buyers responsibility.
If you want to pick up your item/items then you have to notify us right after the auction ends since most of our items get packed as soon as the auction is over. Pickup needs to be done within 8 days of the auction end.
All Pickups must be paid by CASH or MONEY ORDER only no paypal for pickups.
Shipping Limitations: No International AK/HI PO or APO/FPO shipments. No combined shipments.

Credit Cards accepted through paypal (only Confirmed Addresses). We'll only ship to paypal confirmed address. If you want us to ship to an address other than the paypal confirmed address please send us a money order to the address provided in the Winning Bidder Notification email.
Buyer agrees it is his/her responsibility for the proper use of items purchased from seller and holds seller free of any liability for injury loss or death resulting from use or misuse. All settlements must be made in Colorado at buyer's expense
Defective Items (excludes items which are sold AS-IS means AS IS) must be returned at buyer's expense with a valid RMA number. If the item is defective you have to let us know within 24 hours of receipt of product.
If there is any problem with the item we need to be notified within 24 hours. No warranties after that.
We do not gurantee the completness or accuracy of the item description since most of the description is taken from the internet.
We only ship all our item using our account. We do not ship using anyone else's shipping account.
All sales are final. Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.
Most of our items are used so they might have scratches normal wear and tear dust etc.
