When arriving in Pattaya from Bangkok stay on the Sukhumvit Road, then go straight through North, Central and South Pattaya crossroads, and turn right at the Thepprasit Road traffic light where you will see Tesco Lotus and The Outlet Mall on the right hand side. Go straight until the end of the road (T-junction) then turn left towards Jomtien Beach. Drive for about 200 meters and when the main road turns right down to the beach, you turn left into the small street (on the corner, you will see a Family Mart minimart). Follow the small street for about 200 meters and on your left hand side you will see the entrance of the village where the sign says "View Talay Villas". Pass through the security entrance and turn left. Drive for 50 meters and you will find the lobby of our resort Our resort also operates a Transfer service for our guests.
Q. How do I make a booking? A. Complete the booking form online via the promotional holiday clubs web site and then submit it or you can fill out your original voucher and fax or post it. (All details are provided WITH the voucher) Q. How do I find out what dates are available? A. Dates can only be applied for and or confirmed with the voucher however ALL dates are originally available till booked so the longer notice you give the greater the chance that your first choice of dates and destination can be fulfilled. Q: What does the Voucher entitle me to? A. 1 week accommodation only. Q. Can I pass my Voucher onto family or friends? A. Yes, so long as they meet the terms & conditions criteria. Confirmed bookings are not transferable. Q. Resort information presentation for ninety minutes during their stay what's that all about? Hope its not high pressure sales, interested to know what its all about. A. It is a presentation about holiday ownership, giving people inside info on the products and services available to them. It is compulsory to attend but there is no obligation to buy into anything you may be offered. Once the seminar is over you will not be hassled. People are asked to keep an open mind but by all means say no and have a great holiday if you are not interested. This company is super professional and will not pester you. Q. Can I add people to my party? A. The booking should only be made for the couple originally stated on the booking form. Should you wish to include your children the resort may be able to include them in your booking. Although, the promotional holiday company ask for you to include the full party size at the time of the booking. They would not be able to include additional people over and above the 2 adults and 2 children. Q: Can I purchase and use more than one voucher at the same resort? A. No as this is a promotional holiday there is a limit of ONE per COUPLE/FAMILY per destination.(eg Thailand) Vouchers are valid for 2 Years, There are no close out dates. However Check-in / Out must be Saturday
