This true no reserve auction is for a one week stay at the Sheraton Desert Oasis resort in Scottsdale Arizona.  Check in date is Friday, May 23 at 4 PM, and check out date is Friday May 30 at 10 AM.  We would loved to have been able to use the unit ourselves, but personal complications will not allow us to go.

This unit would normally rent for $229 per night plus taxes!!!

Average temperature in Scottsdale this time of year is 91F during the day and 59F at night ... nice and warm during the day and nice and cool for sleeping at night.

Costs, terms, and all that stuff

There will be a $139 transfer fee to be paid in addition to the final bid on this item - this is shown as the "shipping charge" ... it really isn't shipping, but no other way to show this!  This is not a money maker for us – this is what I pay (may even be higher … changes by resort) to transfer our reservation to you.  There are NO additional hidden charges.  Of course, you are responsible for any items  like meals you may wish to have, phone calls, golf fees and the like.

It is unlikely that you will be asked to attend a “presentation” on the resort … basically a sales presentation.  This is OPTIONAL (if it is even offered at all) and you are totally free to decline.  We have never had an issue with this, for ourselves or people who have rented a unit through us.

Payment:  we prefer  PayPal, and with the closeness of the timing this will be about the only way we can get payment in time.

We will arrange the transfer certificate for our reserved week to you and will fax or email the certificate to you when we get it … usually within 24 hours of receiving payment.
