A leaf from an Ethiopian ge'ez vellum manuscript, a prayerbook written around 1750 in dark ink heightened occasionally with words in red ink.

Size of the original leaf: ca. 6.25" x 3.5" (155 mm x 90 mm).

Condition of the original vellum leaf: In good condition written on sturdy vellum with the customary toning, soiling, spotting, or staining, minor marginal damage, original flaws in the parchment, etc. We will mention flaws that cannot be seen on the photograph.
