Item Warranty:

products that we ship are inspected to be in good condition
before shipment. Some items that carry a manufacturer's warranty

Item Tracking for Insured:
If you don't receive your Insured Merchandise 30 days after receiving

will file a mail tracking request on Post Office. Your Patience

to complete the tracking process. *Once your package is confirmed
LOST, we will immediately refund you via Paypal.
