Indenture by way of Admittance in the Halmot Court of The Honorable James Archibald Douglas Home and Henry Frederick Nicholl and of The Right Honourable Henry John Lord Montagu of their Manor of Ightenhill Lancashire holden at Burnley before Arthur Ingram Robinson

 and dated 23rd April 1896

  Inquisition taken to enquire and present for the Lords of the Manor upon the Oaths of

George Walmsley George Henry Hitchon John Sharples Veevers Frederick William Steele

Richard Proctor John Green Harry Whittaker William Carey Hargreaves Edward Frederick Peter Emmett Alexander Bell Thomas Thornber and Richard Thomas Sutcliffe , Homagers of the Court

Property to which it relates – Land and dwelling houses in Kirkgate Habergham Eaves in the County of Lancaster being part of the Moseley House Estate

Signed as Examined by the Steward of the Courts of the Manor
